The tragedy of life——low self-restraint

After around a-month-long rainy days, the Sun eventually shines out today. My emotion is just the same as the weather, depressed and listless in the past days and finally becoming normal. The true reason, of course, is not because of weather, although I am susceptive to the outer environment, but of not doing something s supposed to be, writing dairies, for instance. A man is so complex and self-contradicted that we can not understand his/her behaviors. For example, drinking too much is detrimental for our health, known to all. So many people still drink as they like, or even cheating themselves——it is necessary occasionally. There are so many temptations in the world that we can’t control ourselves due to our laziness and low self-restraint. That’s the tragedy of life.
We know what’s right, what’s wrong, but we don’t always do it correctly. Sometimes we make mistakes and make the same ones time and again. Who can tell me why and give me a solution? No one, maybe God can. But a man’s fate only can be saved by himself at last.
